Weight loss surgery patients from across the Lone Star State will have a chance to meet with dozens of bariatric surgeons and allied health professionals later this month at the 2009 Texas Weight Loss Surgery Summit.
The two-day educational conference will be held in San Antonio, Texas, on January 23rd and 24th. We will have a camera crew from the Weight Loss Surgery Channel at the event, and Craig and Leslie Thompson will be taping interviews with doctors and patients for an upcoming report on WLS News. We’re also looking for interesting people to feature on other Weight Loss Surgery Channel programs, so be sure to stop by the booth and introduce yourself!
On Saturday, guests can choose from a full day of seminars and interactive workshops on a wide range of topics related to weight loss surgery, including post-operative support and counseling, nutrition advice, exercise myths, and finding fashions that fit after WLS.
