Weight loss surgery patients from across the Lone Star State will have a chance to meet with dozens of bariatric surgeons and allied health professionals later this month at the 2009 Texas Weight Loss Surgery Summit.
The two-day educational conference will be held in San Antonio, Texas, on Friday and Saturday, January 23rd and 24th. The agenda for the event features a number of seminars and interactive workshops on a wide range of topics related to weight loss surgery, including post-operative support and counseling, nutrition advice, and insurance coverage. Dr. Garth Davis from TLC’s show Big Medicine will also be the keynote speaker.
