I am a vegetarian and will be having band surgery at the end of the month. Do you know of any cookbooks that are out there for vegetarians who have had weight loss surgery?

Wonderful resource! It would be so helpful to have the nutritional information (g protein, carbs, etc) included with the recipe.

I love watching your videos, especially since I have to prepare meals for not just me, but a food loving husband and child.

I had Gastric Bypass 10/5 and am still on liquids, but my question is: how many people should your recipes feed?

I love these videos! Now that’s I’ve finally had my surgery I can’t wait to get to the place I can start trying the delicious recipes myself.
