Craig, I am just now getting to this, no excuses, but wanted to tell you how proud I am of how far you have come.

It's great to get another perspective. Thank you so much. I really needed some reinforcement. What great support. Thanks again!

WOW! Thanks Craig. I needed that message today. Being in CA alone, it has been hard to eat the right things, not snack, etc. I find I need an accountability partner. Didn't realize how much my husband helps me remain accountable and how horrible I had been treating him when he tries to encourage me (which I accused of nagging). I looked back over old pictures and new ones and realized how far I have come. You're right, no longer hurting, being out of breath to walk across the room, and even being able to fit in the seat of the car without rubbing against the gear shift is an awesome thing to see and help to remind me that I AM DOING GREAT. Unfortunately no accountability partners here, but I will cherish & embrace my husband's encouragement even from 2000 miles away. Again thanks for the encouragement.
