90 Seconds to Success – Resisting Resentment

Resisting Resentment. If you have had weight loss surgery, you may find that you feel angry or resentful for having “missed out” on so much while you were obese.  In this episode of 90 Seconds to Success, host Craig Thompson cautions viewers not to take out these feelings on the people closest to them. Instead, he suggests taking an inventory of your emotions, so you can work through difficult feelings without taking a torch to your relationships.
