90 Seconds to Success – The Food of Life

The Food of Life. We all have our favorite comfort foods that make us feel happy and safe. But, for those of us who struggle with our weight, every food is comfort food. In this episode of 90 Seconds to Success, host Craig Thompson reminds us that we can no longer eat to distract ourselves from uncomfortable emotions if we want to keep the pounds off after weight loss surgery. Instead, we need a plan for managing those feelings, and tools to deal with life’s challenges, so we can stay healthy even when the going gets tough.
