I had surgery on 11/03/2009 and the day of surtery I weight 230. When I went back for a 6 week checkup I weight 214. My doctor was upset with me because I had not lost more weight. He wants to do an upper GI. I said to weight for my next vist to see if I was lossing better. My main diet is 1/4 to 1/2 cup 2 % cottage cheese and 2 oz of salmon or chicken. I feel that I am eating very little and I am hungry with hunger pains. I do not want to have this surgery done again. It has been a week since I saw the doctor and I lost 6 lobs but gained 2 lbs back and trust me when I say I did not eat more food to gain 2 lbs back. I am feeling very good physically but emotionaly I am concerned that I am not loosing like the doctor wants me to. I feel that I have had this surgery in vain.
