90 Seconds to Success – Dial Down the Drama

Dial Down the Drama. In this episode of 90 Seconds to Success, host Craig Thompson points out that there’s nothing to be gained – except perhaps weight – by being overly dramatic. We can spin into crisis mode when we allow ourselves to be disproportionately affected by the events of the day, or by someone else’s way of thinking. And that added stress can turn into added pounds as we seek comfort in food. Craig reminds us that we can dial down the drama and stay positive by simply sticking to a daily plan for happiness and health.
