100% Committed to Change. Odds are, when you decided to have weight loss surgery, you had reached a point where you would do anything to get healthy — even if it meant lying naked on a cold operating room table. You were 100% committed to change. But, over time, that level of commitment begins to wane. We begin to cheat our diet, and get too busy for our regular fitness routine. In this episode of 90 Seconds to Success, host Craig Thompson encourages us to put tools in place that will help us quantify our level of commitment, so we can hold ourselves accountable and use the facts to stay on track over the long haul.
