Lapband
Lap-band surgery is a popular weight loss procedure that places a restrictive adjustable gastric band just below the upper portion of the stomach, effectively creating a small stomach area that gets full rapidly, and then slowly drains into the larger portion of the stomach. The Lap-band is a brand of gastric band manufactured by Allergan.
