Both stew recipes not only take no time to make, they only use one pot. That means more time by the fire and less time in the kitchen. You can even prep your ingredients the night before, so all you have to do is heat and eat. Plus, the extended cooking times mean your house will be full of great smells by the time you are ready to dig in.

This episode, Chef Dave brings us Brunswick Stew with a little kick of Worcestershire and Tabasco, and feel-good favorite Beef Stew with all your favorite veggies. Both recipes make plenty and reheat well for days of feel-good leftovers that are good for you, too!

Dave also offers tips to make weekly meals easier — and be sure to catch the fun bloopers at the end of the show.
