Chef Dave Fouts Goes Tex-Mex with Chicken Chiladas Recipe

Chef Dave Fouts cooks up some easy Tex-Mex favorites that are low in fat and big on flavor in the latest episode of Eating Right Every Bite. Try one of his salsa variations or some creamy Chicken Chiladas!

Chef Dave makes Tex Mex favoritesIn the latest episode of Eating Right Every Bite, Chef Dave makes some hot Tex-Mex favorites, including Chicken Chiladas, featuring non-fat cream cheese instead of sour cream, for a low-fat twist. Plus, learn to make a savory garlic cilantro salsa, and of course, a cool and creamy smoothie to wash it all down.

Chef Dave is a seven year post-op gastric bypass patient who travels around the country teaching those who have had bariatric surgery how to eat and enjoy life without overindulging.
