It is so exciting and azmaing to see the pant and shirt sizes go down. Around Jan 12th I realized, with the help of a friend that I didn’t need to shop in the plus size department of any store any longer. I can wear a size 6 in pants and depending on how they are made an xl or lg in tops. I had surgery in early Aug and have lost 108 pounds. Keep up the good work. I’m rooting for you!
