Give It Back. When you made the decision to have weight loss surgery, you were willing to admit that you were no longer in charge — you needed someone else to take control of your body to help you stop overeating and regain a sense of balance in your life. Although many of us are willing to turn over the reins for surgery, we are quick to snatch them back even just a few months later. In this episode of 90 Seconds to Success, host Craig Thompson reminds us that we are not qualified to be in control of our eating by making up new rules. We need to heed the advice of our doctors and dieticians, who are the true experts and who only have our best interests at heart.
